Simple, pared back sophistication. The Rustic follows the semi-naked buttercream trend, and sets trends in its own right. Scraped back semi-naked buttercream, topped with seasonal edible and decorative flowers, berries, and lashings of gold dust for that extra lustre.
All of our cakes are entirely vegan, and produced in MAKER Kitchen - an all vegan commercial share kitchen.
SMALL - 15cm 3 layers, serves 8-10 people
SMALL & TALL - 15cm 6 layers (double barrel style), serves up to 20 people
MEDIUM - 18cm 3 layers, serves 12-15 people
MEDIUM & TALL - 18cm 6 layers (double barrel style), serves up to 40 people
LARGE - 22cm 4 layers, serves 30-40 people
LARGE & TALL - 22cm 8 layers (double barrel style), serves up to 80 people, only available in custom orders

Iced in smooth vanilla buttercream. The Rustic has a customisable choice of drip/no drip and what colour. We will then style toppings around these colours. The Rustic is topped with edible and/or decorative flowers, seasonal berries, dehydrated fruit, buttercream kisses, etc. Each cake is hand styled and unique with no two cakes being the same - please see images as a guide. By appointment only from our kitchen in Petersham.
The deadline for orders is Tuesday 5pm if ordering for that coming week (excluding Wednesday). Any orders placed after that cut off cannot be guaranteed and may be refunded if we are unable to complete.
