We're honoured to be a part of your celebration. Our cakes are custom designed to your needs and vision. We are committed to offering a personalised and professional experience, and crafting a cruelty free cake for everyone to enjoy.
tasting & consultation
Our tasting session is offered for $60. You may select up to four flavours to taste, with extra pieces to take home for your loved ones. During our session, we can discuss your vision and ideas, number of servings, details of your event and other options we can present as part of your day. We ask that only two people attend the tasting session. The more inspiration you can bring with you, the better! Colours, flowers, fabric samples are all great.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
Our cakes are all custom made to your specifications. Dreaming of a particular shape, design, floral bouquet? All of these components affect our quoted price. Some things to consider when you contact us or come to your consultation session:
Coffee or dessert portions?
Coffee portions are around 2.5cm x 2.5cm x 10cm (or 1" x 1" x 4"). That may sound like a small slice but remember that wedding cake is a decadent and luxurious affair, and often served after a 3 course meal or lots of canapes! This is the traditional portion for wedding cakes.
Dessert portions are a little bigger and are around 2.5cm x 5cm x 10cm (or 1" x 2" x 4"). These portions are typically used when there are no other desserts on offer. Bear in mind that for dessert portions you will need double the amount of cake!
Buttercream finish? Naked, semi naked, or full coverage?
Rustic, traditional, fresh, or modern?
Tiered cake or dessert table?
We currently only consider delivery on a case-by-case basis, and usually only within 7km range of our Petersham kitchen.
